October 22 - 26
The used book sale made thousands of dollars for the PTA last year, but for this year’s fundraiser to be a success, we need your used books! Wedgwood’s book sale will be held October 22-26, so we need to start collecting books right away. Take an hour to do some “fall cleaning” of your bookshelves, and donate to the used book sale. We need:
- Children’s books
- Adult books (published in the last 10 yrs; no textbooks please!)
- CDs/DVDs
All books should be in good condition and free of mold and water damage.
Last year we ran out of books appropriate for 1st- and 2nd- graders, so scour you home for any of these! Collection boxes are located in the front hallway by the library. If you have questions or would like information about volunteering for this event, contact Kathy at kwhalen@seanet.com.
