There will be a planning meeting Wednesday, April 23 at 7 pm in the upstairs café area of Metropolitan Market (NE 55th St. and 40th Ave NE). This year’s carnival theme will be a Fiesta with live music of course. We are looking for a few volunteers to take charge of games/prizes and wristband/ticket sales. Please join us at Met Market to help out. We are especially interested in recruiting parents of children with Kindergartners and first graders. This is a great, fun way to get involved before the end of the school year!
This all-school event requires over 250 parent volunteers so please mark your calendars and make plans to volunteer. Please contact sylvialago AT comcast DOT net if you want to help out but cannot attend next week’s meeting.
